Pros

Company has a Strong Growth outlook, allowing for promotions Lots of good people working to improve the company (processes, equipment, software) Training programs for new and current techs to improve upon skills/knowledge

Cons

Growing pains, meaning with the recent merger and new CMS, it can be frustrating getting the work done on the paperwork side but we have a team that is working hard releasing new features and fixes on a bi-weekly basis.
