Upper managment needed to be cleared out

Work life balance, some good coworkers

Upper managment were hostile to workers and made promises to customers that were not attainable and only if it would make them money. The upper managment would target a person they didn’t like and hammer them for issues that all techs struggled with. If you brought up the fact that other techs were having the same issue they would dismiss you and say things like we are talking about you not others. The decisions were made in what appeared to be only motivated by milking money from the customers and not what is in the best interest of the customer all the while claiming to save them money. With that atmosphere and treatment of customers the customer it’s no surprise that the contract was lost with the customer.

Culture is critical to any organization, and TRIMEDX is intentional about promoting an environment of continuous improvement. The last few years has brought incredible growth for us as an organization and we are committed to high standards of ethical, moral, and legal business conduct across the entire organization. We encourage all associates to talk to their leaders about concerns to better to work towards a positive resolution and to help understand the reason related to decisions. The HR team is also available to discuss concerns from associates. We want our associates and leaders to have a practice of regular communication. Additionally, we provide opportunities through our associate engagement survey, confidential hotline reporting and our HR team for associates to have an avenue to confidentially provide feedback. Many recent changes within the organization like, tools, technology and processes were made in response to feedback and ideas submitted by our associates via our TRIMEDX Ideas Program (TIPS). Our TIPS program has engagement from a cross functional group of associates including technicians who work together to deliver the best solution to help us continually improve in the organization. We make every effort to support each of our associates in career growth at TRIMEDX and we have a focus on development. We work with our customers to deliver the TRIMEDX program and listen to their feedback through our Voice of the Customer survey.

Cons

Management is not educated in finances, ethics, patient safety, local & federal laws, biomedical & electronics technology, etc. HR & corporate are unprofessional, emotionally driven, and very incompetent. This company encourages pencil whipping and falsifying documentation to negotiate their contracts with their nationwide hospital network. Technicians and management are not promoted based on their workmanship and hard work but instead, promoted for being a million dollars overbudget, belittling other coworkers & technicians, promoting harassment in the workplace, etc. Several illegal and unethical practices displayed every day. Policies and procedures are never followed and everything is damned if you do, damned if you don't. Severe favoritism and unprofessionalism are the only thing consistently shown with this company. If you're looking for a second chance at "high school drama" this is the place for you.

PTO, Good Pay, Great Benefits

HR Leadership - Turnover in the last couple of years has been like a revolving door. Over 30 personnel from all levels has left the HR department because of the dysfunctional culture that has been created. TowerBrook - TRIMEDX started taking a turn for the worst when this investor became involved. More worried about growth in dollars than patient care and taking care of employees. Culture - The company culture at the corporate office is in shambles. Morale is at an all time low.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your experience with TRIMEDX. The last three years has brought tremendous growth and change for us an organization. One of these changes was to align the support organizations, including HR, with our associates in the hospitals to provide better alignment. As an organization committed to continuous improvement, we created several action plans based on 2018’s annual employee engagement survey. In both 2017 and 2018, our overall employee engagement percentage ranked us a Top Performing organization by national standards. Based on feedback we’ve received, we recognize that we need to continue to increase communication regarding our leadership development programs and other programs that are available through TRIMEDX University, as well as, the affinity groups that are available.
