Pros

Good medical and dental benefits, 401k is decent. Claim to have tuition reimbursement but I couldn’t get it. Fantastic people in some areas of the business.

Cons

The organization and leadership has done a terrible job at fostering and growing the culture through the rapid change since the investment company. Trimedx mission and vision changed to more financial driven and with that all the focus on the people was lost. It has become a turn and burn, they will use you up and take every last ounce of spirit you have left until there is no more to give. Leadership is incompetent at best, many promotions of people that are not deserved. Trimedx is a company of who you know, not what you know. It’s not a highly moral organization. They claim massive growth, but that is a lie. Majority of the jobs posted today are from turn over, my whole team left And every position is on there. Senior leadership is self serving and never seen. It’s uncertain what they do besides destroy the very core of what Trimedx is. Revenue and budget focus is main concern, no longer care about employees.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The last few years has brought rapid growth and change for us an organization. There have been bumps in the road to growth that have made us stronger as an organization. We’ve launched continuous improvement efforts that have had a daily impact on improving the speed and quality of work for associates across the organization, as well as driving improvements to support our clients. Change and challenges have helped us build a resilient team that is focused on innovation and excellence. While TRIMEDX does pay attention to the financial aspect of our business, as any responsible business does, our main priority is patient care and safety. People are at the center of everything we do at TRIMEDX and we're proud to be ranked as a Top Performing organization from an associate engagement perspective. We take any comments regarding discriminatory practices seriously. We are committed to high standards of ethical, moral and legal business conduct. This includes our associates. We encourage and expect associates to utilize the reporting methods available to them: • Speak with your immediate manager • Reach out to a member of Human Resources • Speak with a member of leadership, including the CEO, Henry Hummel. • File a report via the Integrity Hotline

Pros

vacation policy benefits value of the company cross training opportunities

Cons

The middle management at the corporate office is not the best. Most of them have only work for one company which is TriMedx. They lack external experiences and refuse to listen to suggestions. The top-down decision making approach is highly prevalent in this company. Also, it can be very red tape sometimes.

Pros

Generous PTO (5 weeks) Plans Compensation seems generous but is not based on what’s expected in your role.

Cons

Controlled by TowerBrook (the venture capitalist firm that owns 49%) and have lost all sense of their values and everything is focused on making money vs delivering quality solutions to our customers. Must apply for promotions. Sudden shifts in policy (like annual increases) Employees can work lots of hours in high stress situations or completely suck at their and be treated the same. No holiday celebrations, No recognition or rewards for meeting insane deadlines. Leadership (director and above) is not engaged and continuously create their own fire drills due to lack of engagement. 90% of the work is done by individual contributors.
