Pros

Very streamlined processes, good communication, good benefits.

Cons

however management can make or break it. Without being micromanaged the atmosphere is great, but with micromanagement it is very stressful and difficult to get tasks done.

Complete disconnect from the Director level and above as too what really goes on in the clinical engineering field.
