Co-workers are great and you have the ability to work from home (if that is something you like).

Cons

Upper management seemingly does not care about their employees. Extreme micromanaging.

Paid holidays is done of the only pros. Sorry

Money hungry company, will work their employees to the bone with out any compilation. No work home separation. If you like doing Biomed work this is not the company to work for, you will be bombarded with paperwork and they are always adding more work to you. Also HR doesn't care about the employees, they are for the company and upper management and don't care about the employees they are hire to help. In the time I have been with the company since the take over we have lost over half of your work force and I have talked with them and they all are all happy since they left and said they would never came back. A lot more to say but don't think I will have the space to list all the cons. Appliers beware

If you push yourself Trimedx will take care of you. There is plenty of training and room to grow within Trimedx.

Cons

Management puts alot of stress on their employee's. Then again that's the way most corporations are.
