      Good place to work.... if you're fine with the good ole boys running things

      Pros

      Decent salary and benefits. Holiday party, bonuses, and other activities.

      Cons

      Probably won't get ahead anytime soon if you're not a Japanese or favored white male. Sexual/racial harassment widespread. Japanese workers are unionized, Americans are not.

      Pros

      Provides valuable experience into to the automotive industry if your goal is a career within it. Engineers work in a close group and the atmosphere is generally positive. Good healthcare benefits. You have a relatively large input into something hundreds of thousands of customers sit in in their vehicle.

      Salary is less than desirable, long hours, language barrier, ineffective management, little or no direction from superiors,

      Pros

      Great medical and vacation benefits, 2 paid shut-downs every year, relaxed/casual work environment, great holiday party, people are very nice to work with

      Cons

      They only did reviews for pay and advancement once a year. They did not pay you based on your proven abilities, they paid you based on your "rank." And, as I was told "you've only been a "___" for 1 year, they won't promote you 2 years in a row." I was also told that I am very lucky to have received 4 out of 5 on a few categories on my review, "most people never see a 4, and nobody will ever get a 5."
