Horrible pay for the more technical jobs, great pay for less technical jobs since everyone basically gets paid the same amount whether you're on the business side or engineering side. Very strict Japanese culture. Very little employee development and mentoring for those that are new to the professional workforce. A lot of monitoring of your activities. Very poor leadership with high expectations of the employees. Very shady upper management that claim to be there to help and claim to be very approachable but turn on you the moment they get a chance. Horrible first job experience. Not much upward mobility. All management is brought over from Japan and then Americans that are promoted to higher levels out of years of service do not have much actual power to do anything within the company.

No interest in ergonomy. Job is hard if you are in Quality, job rolls are not clearly defined. Hands On approach is often misunderstood. There's no system for production control, everything is pretty "manual". Other departments look not so bad.
