Pros

If you're lucky you work with some good, decent people and government benefits.

Cons

A lot of the management is incompetent and treat the officers horribly. Rules and policies change frequently with no notice and the employees are somehow expected to know what is going on. When information is passed down the chain of command it is fragmented, unclear and there is no way to get clarification. Much of the workforce is unmotivated, lazy or just plain incompetent which is frustrating to those who actually come to work.
