Cons

Rotating shifts every 6 months to a year. Hours of operation. Dealing with rude people. This is not a M-F 9 to 5 job. Starting out you will typically have week days off and working early morning shifts.

small operation, hiring is only open to certain employees, can not advance career until probation period is over, only hires part time

Securing transportation and the airlines. Some passengers are thankful for the job we do. Friendships created with some other employees.

Cons

Repetative job, angry passengers, angry airline employees, few adbancement opportunities compared to the number of front line employees. Complaining employees.
