Pay is actually great, especially at entry. But most dont appreciate this if they have not worked at other jobs at low wages.

The pay is good for an entry level person and it's a good place to get your foot in the door with the Federal Government

You spend lots and lots of time on your feet.

Pros

The benefits were excellent The Leads & Supes had the option of working 4-10 hour days, which included 1 weekend day off

Cons

The choice of shifts were at best minimal Management was never open to any suggestions No room for error, but most employees were incompetent
