Pros

As of today, can't think of anything that they did for me after being hired.

Cons

Low pay, about 20-25% below market, no raises in years No career advancement. New positions are posted and not even offered to current team members No training, other than pointing you to a site All TSP cares about is the contract, not you

I'm sorry you had this type of experience at TSP. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to share your feedback. Your experience is certainly not the way we would want anyone to feel, and definitely not the way the vast majority of our employees feel. I'm not sure where it went wrong for you, but if you are still employed, I would highly encourage you to bring these concerns directly to your manager. It sounds like you could benefit from an open and honest discussion with your manager. He/she may not have all the answers, and the answers you do receive might not be what you want to hear. However, at the very least, the two of you can get on the same page and see if TSP is the type of place you want to invest any more time into. We're not a perfect employer and we might not be a good match for you - and that's OK. We often say our product is our people and one of our core values as a company is employee safety, health and happiness. We clearly failed you in this. I do sincerely hope you can have a talk with your manager to see if there's anything that can be done to fix the situation. If you are uncomfortable going to your manager, please engage one of our talent management professionals to assist. Thank you again for sharing your feedback and I hope things can improve.

Pros

Flexible work schedule, with excellent work/life balance, that is encouraged. Mutual respect and appreciation from executive management and individual contributors.

Cons

I would like to see the company bring field employees to the corporate office for a visit, so we could do our best to provide them with a sense of inclusivness

Howdy! We definitely appreciate you taking the time out of your day to write a review about your experience working at TSP. WOW - "more than 5 years" thanks for the vote of confidence and for all your contributions to our success. We're very happy to hear that you not only hear, but also see the importance we try to place on work/life balance. We sometimes like to think of it more nowadays as work/life integration. It seems like the separateness or a work life and a personal life doesn't really exist anymore and the really successful people figure out how to integrate the two. It's all about being your true-self whether you are at home or at work. I absolutely hear you on bringing field employees to the office. Our geographic spread (42 states) with one corporate office definitely makes inclusion and championing our company culture a major challenge. It's something we have to continually work on. Over the past few years, we've tried to leverage technology, communication strategies and social media to help bridge that gap, but we've got some work left to do and are committed to it. Thanks again for the awesome review. Keep the feedback coming - we love it!

Pros

Enjoyed working for my manager, definitely not a micro manager. They seemed to try and do a lot extras for employees. Enjoyed my time there especially compared to my previous company before joining TSP.

Cons

Unfortunately, the company that was contracting TSP gave a lot of our work to a cheaper less qualified company resulting in some lay offs which was not TSP's fault.

Hey there...thank you for taking the time to write about your experience with TSP. We definitely appreciate the kind words and certainly all your contributions while you were a part of our #TSProckstars. We live by the company motto that our product is our people. It sounds like you saw and experienced that first-hand. As our workforce is mainly virtual, maintaining a thriving company culture is difficult to do, but we work hard daily to achieve just that. Thanks again for the review and best of luck!
