Excellent Leadership: The CEO and management team genuinely care not only of the success of the company, but also that of individual employees and clients. Good work is always recognized and applauded. Wonderful Team & Co-Workers: A fun, talented and very helpful bunch. Many employees have been with TSR for several years due to the culture of the company and the teams they work with. Rapid Growth: Over the last year, TSR has gone through major changes and is growing at a fast pace with tons of opportunities available. New ideas and feedback is always welcomed and encouraged for both professional and personal growth. Communication: Regular communication with both clients and amongst employees is highly urged. Systems are set in place to do regular check ins and the importance of face time interaction is persuaded to ensure exceptional satisfaction levels. Clients: Opportunity to work with industry leaders and projects that are making an impact across the world

Cons

While a whole lot of processes have evolved over the last year, TSR personnel try not to focus on the negatives but instead on how the company can progress and advance, how the company can provide remarkable service to not only it's clients but also to all employees, how it can digitalize, make an impact in the society and enhance development.

Improve current workflow among admin & back office staff . Provide better IT support.

TSR is a great company to work for, specially after the new CEO. Tom's management style is what i like the best. Great leader, very approachable and is always open to listen to our ideas. I have been working with TSR for more than 5+ years and i have always been treated fairly . Great company to work for. The new management style and great leadership qualities will make TSR reach great heights and success.

Cons

It would be great if we could implement few training programs to sharpen our skills in different areas
