You get the feeling that you are part of something special that is taking place. The new CEO has ambitious goals to bring TSR to another level and to create a best in class company. His energy and passion has gotten the buy in from the employees. It is both exciting and rewarding to be part of an organization that not only strives for growth, but goes about it by valuing their employees and having fun while doing it. No matter your position, you are treated with respect, support and appreciation. Management knows your success is their success and provides you with all the tools and support that are needed. Outdated systems and processes are being upgraded to improve efficiency and productivity and the results are becoming evident.

Pros

Major focus on Employee's satisfaction and they pay well. CEO and other Management work hard to make sure all Employees are happy and successful. Very understanding and accommodating for both Internal Employees and Consultants. The Employees are a pleasure to work with. They make it enjoyable to come to work (or meet remotely). They support a wide variety of clients and industries here, it makes the day-to-day workload interesting and not boring or tedious. Employees and Consultants work hard and are recognized for doing so by Management.

Cons

There are times of the year when business is slower, typically around the holidays and year end.
