Pros
Friendly colleagues in some teams. Office location is convenient. Work can be fast-paced and engaging at times.
Cons
The company is extremely disorganised and poorly run. There is a lack of structure, clear processes and proper training. Management communication is inconsistent and often unprofessional. My manager was disrespectful and rude, which created a very uncomfortable working environment. Benefits are minimal and not competitive. It often feels more like a high school environment than a professional workplace. This is not a role or company suitable for long-term career development.
