you can pay a little each month to medicare Overtime pay

All of it. Majority of the managers are useless. They discuss your personal business on the floor surrounded by colleagues or make jokes/comments regarding your personal life and engage in inappropriate behaviour with their employees. They don’t care if you need a fixed schedule and will make it work for them and not you. When you do pay for Medicare, if you cannot access it they will not help but will still charge you.
