Pros

1. Got friendly co-employees 2. Lots of events/themes happening on the floor 3. Dependable Supervisors/Team Leaders 4. Very good incentives once you reached the mark

Cons

1. Some computers backdown when your taking calls 2. No free drinks and biscuits like other call centers have 3. Lack of space to work

Pros

work at home environment, nice supervisors, big time clients

Cons

low pay, no benefits for agents, out of date training, information from client and management is slow to infiltrate lower levels, long hours (easily 60 a week, up to 70-80 during holiday rush)
