Lots of training that you can complete in TTEC Talent Some projects are fully remote Benefits are okay

Cons

Zero upward mobility Company is losing its contracts left and right Stock price crashed 97% in recent years Raises are few and far between. You can essential count on not receiving one. Mainly contract based, meaning you can lose your job after a few years if TTEC loses the contract-which happens very frequently Questionable leadership
