      Work from home- life balance.

      Cons

      unprofessional management...TTEC stopped giving annual raises. No accountability for certain employees who drop or forward call to other employees as call avoidance. When other associates don't follow up with customers you have to do their job. Lazy managers who avoid taking an escalation call by telling you to de-escalate after the customer said multiple times that they want to speak to a supervisor or manager. Supervisors not following up with calls after you escalated the call to them, they tell you to call the customer back. Other supervisors will not assist you because you are not apart of their team.

      Pros

      - Will get you enough money to get by in this economy - Work from home! - There will be many system issues that you will be required to call IT on a regular basis and will be responsible for keeping the time of it occured as well as filling out IT ticket forms or you will not be paid even though they have the ability to see that you called IT and were not logged in at a certain time. - Good luck having confidence in taking wellness or pto time and making sure it gets entered in your timesheet before you get paid. - There is not a normal "9-5" , you will always end up working 20-30 minutes after if youre a call center representative.

      Cons

      - Limited bathroom breaks outside of your two 15 min breaks and lunch. You're " more than welcome" use the bathroom, but It can affect your time metrics.

      Pros

      You get to work from home.

      Cons

      They do not have an HR department. Management never seems to know anything regarding next steps should your contract come to an end. Contracts do end unexpectedly.
