TTEC reviews

It's difficult to get a straight answer from anyone. We're told multiple different answers throughout training and production. Management is sketchy. They constantly push you for surveys. They buckle you down for reliability but you have to clock out for a rr break. Team leaders are almost always out of office which doesn't make sense when they expect us to be reliable 95% of the time. They also take everything as if you're avoiding calls but they don't take the time to answer your questions or concerns. My TL asked me to acknowledge a verbal warning and documented that we met and she provided me with coaching and options to improve my reliability. This never happened. My reliability went down because I asked for pto and my TL said she approved it and she did not which lead me down a bad path. After this she did not speak to me again.

This company promotes and condones sexual harassment, solicitation and quid pro quo as long as it's amongst team members. Supervisors welcome it since it's their norm. If the state contract works like this, can only imagine how the rest operate. Update: it's absolutely grotesque how this place works.. they try and have reviews deleted . If y'all want names I can more than provide the names of individuals and dates of incidents. Explicit pics and inappropriateness is how u get work here. Btw if u gonna falsify time cards, do it across the board with all team members not just the ones you enable for their disgusting and Disgraceful behavior.... That's the TTEC BROTHEL, they might put Rachel's out of business ...
