Management Lies, they don’t keep their written word. They have Mandatory OT, They can change your schedule whenever they want, they can force you to work on your day off. Don’t care about their employees. Trainers have no real world experience. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND TTEC to my worst enemy. This is a disgusting company

Poor training and not long enough. The pay needs to be better for all they have you do. You get put in a position and when you get comfortable there, they don’t ask, they move you to another position. They tell you that when you get into your new position your hours and schedule will stay the same and then you log in to find out that your schedule and hours have been changed without notice, so they lie. If you r parent or anyone dies they give you two days bereavement which is truly not enough. Then if you have issues because of something you are going through they give you a link too a website to get you some help so you can talk to someone. You go into the link and they have links to every country they are in but the US. Bottom line is they don’t care, all they care about is that you are there taking calls.
