      The do some sneaky stuff to make sure they push you out the door. They will lie on your reviews, try and tell you to work off the clock, dont care about your life when a natural disaster is happening. They will talk over you and say that they are listening to you but they will not do anything to try and keep you. They will then harass you about returning the equipment (remote work only). I do not recommend this company. They will not stand behind their values that they claim to hold so dear... This company is a joke to work for. Dont waste your time...cause they will just waste yours.

      Recruiters do not give correct information about schedules or job description from the start. Seems they are just trying to meet numbers. The current employees in a lead role complain about their job, how stretched thin they are and about other departments and employees. There is constantly something going wrong with scheduling, the internal systems, phones, communication, etc. Its hard to tell who is who in the chain of command. Reminds me of high school culture. The low pay reflects how they feel and treat the employees. You are a number at best. And thats just the start. Employees drop like flies for good reason.

      Horrible, terrible leadership

      Pros

      Worked remote, enjoyed my team, which was small but mighty and I believed in them all. Management just did not believe in them.

      Cons

      Leadership would not put any money into work resources but expected a God-size miracle. Was not worried about using data from the internet from unreliable sources to make major business decisions. They could and would work a mule into the ground and leave their conscience at the door. Leadership was not encouraging but rather critical of everything.
