      Pros

      It's a good stepping stone, coworkers are great, environment of the building is cool. They provide good tools to learn about selling.

      Cons

      Bosses tend to belittle everyone, several broken promises about bonuses, never have a set schedule.

      -Decent health benefits -Easy hiring process

      Cons

      -Not enough incentive for the work produced and pressure placed on agents. (example: max incentive is $16 per application, even on the slow season which equates to barely anything since you will not usually produce more than 10 or 15 applications a month and that's on a good month) -Not enough motivation to move up in the company, it is just more work and hours not enough pay for the load. -Communication between upper management and associates is limited and most of the time unclear.

      Pros

      Was able to network with other employees to get side jobs. There are some talented people working there although their skill set would be better utilized elsewhere.

      Cons

      Training does not encompass all necessary job functions although you are held accountable for them as soon as you hit the sales floor. Management does facilitate further learning beyond a simple explanation of requirements on the floor.
