No raises. High High insurance premiums. Computers and systems are horrible in training. The site leader says one thing and does another. Overall since taking over TeleTech has not lived up to their core value of "doing the right thing" Lies and more Lies. Talent Aquasition need to be held accountable on their standards of hiring. Why would you expect people to do a $15hr an hour job for $11 and think the turn over should be low. Pizza and gift card incentives don't pay bills. Doesn't make good business sense.

I missed one day (I only worked for three weeks) and they apparently exited me out of the system and now I'm left and can't get my last paycheck. They screwed me up beforehand with my start date of training; then the first 3 1/2 days of training, I was told there was no User ID or Password so I couldn't access the computers. What???? I missed out on those days and got behind and it just went downhill after that. 30 minute lunch breaks? Are you kidding? Forget about going out for lunch; the location where I was, meant a drive of about 5 to 10 minutes to get to food; and by then and the drive back, lunch was over so forget it. Either bring a lunch or pay exorbitant prices for their vending machine snacks and drinks. I 'm totally disappointed. Don't work for TeleTech. I'm still trying to get my last paycheck. I need that money.
