The best thing about working for the company is the members we come in contact with on a day to day basis. As well as the atmosphere of educating our agents on how to make information provided to our members efficient, accurate, and to build relationships. Plus of learning something new daily.

Cons

Would say that the time requested off for those agents who struggle with sickness, or family matters, comes to be very hard. The level of moving up within the company is at times a struggle there is nothing that is permanent. The hourly salary when you continue to grow within the company is not recognized. As you grow within the company and take on more education, and take on other levels of service. I feel we should be compensated for it.

Lots of options because it is a huge company. A great place to learn about the call center business.

Cons

Lower than average pay and they don't seem to value employees at most levels. The only way to get a raise is to get a promotion.
