Pros

Not very many. They don't value their emorees, they treat you as nothing but a number/Oracle ID. Team leads have absolutely no idea what is going on and do not want to perform their jobs.

Cons

Nonexistent room for advancement, regardless of project. Menial salary. Uncomfortable working conditions. No one understands what it going on there, which makes for angry customers.

Pros

Working from Home Able to setup my own workstation and not having to share it. There "can" be some career opportunity here. But only if the timing of your hire is right.

Cons

Schedule changes constantly & at a moments notice. Usually 24-48 hours notice of immediate schedule change. You will stay a "Seasonal" employee for as long as the Law permits. This is commonly utilized as a means to avoid being required to pay benefits. After 6 months of employment, you are no longer considered a seasonal employee under the labor law. Once your considered for another position, even if you haven't taken any time off in between a change in position, the new position gives a new opportunity to start the "Seasonal" clock over again effectively for another 6 months. You could be a "seasonal" employee for 2 years like I was. I stayed because finding employment is tough enough. Constantly being asked to work off the clock, and not clock on, to help management balance Chats and reports of other agents. Members of Management commonly overworked. Workload of management too high. Training for complicated and intense positions only last a couple of weeks. Tax Training of tax code, rules and calculations require more than 4 days of training. Only 1 day of systems training. Not interested in genuine talent in the company. Hard work will not pay off. 99.6% Reliability, high Metrics & consistent Good Customer feedback do not really matter at this company. Seasonal status makes wage adjuste at anytime without notice. Went from making $12/hr down to $8.75/hr with 24 hours notoce, irregardless of staying in the same position.

Pros

Flexible schedules depending on what company youre working for. Great trainers. Pretty cool break room and they have people that come in to cater certain days.

Cons

Cant miss any time during training. Worked in the fed ex department and its really boring and fast paced. Not many cons.
