      The hours became unbearable. Some team members became very hard to work with.

      Ability to work home a plus, decent wage, support among peers,

      trainers/leads were inadequately trained (1 in 4 actually knew what they were doing and had the right answers), communication was lacking and when given 8 out of 10 was wrong, systems often crashed and were incorrect (grading system)

      Pros

      The building was very nice. Having a cafeteria on-site was nice and the reduced price of food was helpful given my small'ish salary. Clean, safe, underground parking. Play 60 event was always fun.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Condescending, micro-managing, un-clear communication of expectations. Long work hours and they would still dock you PTO if you had to leave early for an appointment (even though I was salaried). My manager made me feel absolutely worthless and like a complete idiot. Any mistake made was a huge deal and yet another talking to.
