      It's a shame working from home can be so stressful

      Pros

      Chat agent customer service- fun helping customers and great to be doing so behind a computer, as I have major social anxiety.

      Cons

      Very low paying job Bad organization. Schedules being changed on days off without any notification causing you to miss shifts and be labeled as a no call no show. Being forced to work another position when your position is slow. I did not accept this job offer to speak to customers through voice due to my major anxiety issues yet I am being called out by name to do so in front of all the other agents by very argumentative upper-staff. Job offers will not include everything they will require you to do on the job, be very aware of that.

      Pros

      Everyone is there to assist you in learning. The staff is friendly and very helpful. You can advance quickly.

      Cons

      No text books, and some of the "smart" people can't always teach what they know. My only regret was that I didn't change classes to someone I know would have been able to teach me in ways that my trainer could not.
