      Work from home; Chat (if it was just that).

      Cons

      This job was suppose to be a chat only position, but they want you to do voice too. They dont care about their employers. They tell so many lies no one can trust anything from management

      Pros

      Very good training. The trainers are very patient and the technical team is on point when you have an issue. The Team Leads are awesome! Always immediate responses. Room for advancement if you can stick in there past the off season slowness.

      Cons

      The pay is low. Only time you get good hours are during the holiday season. Hours get cut/added all the time.

      Pros

      For a seasonal job, the pay is better than other WAH. Hired for chat/online. Supervisor is encouraging. I was offered a few positions but held out for this one specifically. They were ok with that. They don't threaten to fire you if you have to be out due to an emergency or appt like other WAH Csr jobs do.

      Cons

      Hmmm..having to be in phone 2 hours a day. It's also only seasonal, will get the hang of it about the time the project ends.Training was too fast.
