Pros

Don't have to buy gas or work clothes.

Cons

Terrible pay, no raises unless you get a team lead position. Unresponsive team leaders.. Outdated software, multiple tech issues, Get hrs cur during shift if slow.

Worked from home No traffic Training Promotion Potential HSA they match your dollar amount Hours Convenience Leadership

Cons

Benefits, but I understand also that you have to be full time. They do offer an HSA that you can contribute to, and they match the amount you contribute. Part-Time positions are entry, and if you get enough hours then it's okay.

Pros

Amazing company to work for. Still has that small company feel, even though TeleTech purchased it. Great pay. Ability to work from home. Definitely a work/life balance focused company.

Cons

Benefits are a little lacking because TeleTech (parent company) is mostly Call Center employees, so the "higher level" jobs suffer in that department. The parent company tries to enforce "policies" that don't really fit with eLoyalty's goals or "vibe"
