Amazing growth opportunities, good benefits but could be better, great management, many projects for temporary, part time, or full time

Cons

Tech issues (to be expected when working from home), metrics tracker needs to be updated, NO increase in pay even if you move up a tier. You only get pay increase if your a team leader, manager, or moved to a higher paying department
