Management is lacking, no room for advancement, pay is okay. You will be better off working directly for the company of your choice than going through a staffing company.

Pros

Honestly, they were a great company as everything was very updated. Trainings were provided continuously. Response from company HR or service desk were efficient as well. You'll just really need to be patient at times and the offer was better than other companies especially since it was a WFH experience.

Cons

Continuous reprofiling of LOB's. Once you're already settled they will update it again after a few months. It's like you need to get profiled in all the LOB's for that specific client which was very tiring at times.

Work from home. No commute. Trainers were knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Cons

They say you will have a set schedule but you really don’t. They tell you it can change basically daily based on “business needs” aka be available at all times. Lots of tech issues with their systems. Inconsistency between everyone. You ask one person something get one answer ask another the same question and the answer will be completely different.
