Pros

Management and higher ups in my dept are wonderful people, very transparent with you, same for co-workers, pay is good, work at home is nice.

Cons

Training is a bit lacking. When a contract ends, they are not able to place you on another project, and when you apply on iaspire you don't hear anything back, so you're left overwhelmed trying to quickly find another job. but to add a pro to that they are supportive as far as needing time for interviews, helping with resume and letter of recommendation,

The had a lot of good extra’s, some good programs, PayActiv, Per Pay and shopping discounts

Cons

In 4 years I didn’t see a single person promoted. They advertise all these great learning programs and tuition reimbursement - but only management and above actually qualified to attend these free classes!? You could get tuition reimbursement ONLY if the degree or certification was applicable to your CURRENT position - it could not be to obtain a higher position, which makes ZERO sense!? Management is guarded and not accessible. If you have any talent, they feel threatened and will absolutely fear you. The client that I was working with liked the things I didn’t much, they offered to pay me as an independent contractor ON MY OWN TIME to develop training for my team; TTEC found out about it and threatened to fine the client (one of the biggest hospital systems in the country) as they said it was a “conflict of interest”.
