      Pros

      Great work environment, tools for success are given to you, awesome support system, 401k, HSA account with employer contribution to offset high deductible health insurance plan, if you work hard you are rewarded with commission and new opportunities. TTI is like a second family!

      Cons

      Vacation days have to be used for severe inclement weather days even if school districts shut down - poses a problem for some working families.

      - Very friendly work atmosphere - Little work pressure - Easy schedule for vacation/sick/leave

      Cons

      - Almost non existent promotions in IT department - Very little bonuses and raises - Uses old technology and hesitant in adopting newer technologies.
