I have had the pleasure of working at TTI for the past two years in the eBusiness department. My experience has been very positive overall. Management and leadership are capable and supportive, coworkers are skilled and professional, and everyone seems to be relaxed, friendly, and ready to work.

Cons

With any large, stable company, it can take time to change. While this is not necessarily a con, it is the nature of the size and age of the company - and it is getting noticeably better. In eBusiness, there is a growing ambition now to innovate, create change, and generally improve upon things.

Pros

Stability and a lot of good people and good line card for a wide customer base. Opportunity to have a good stable career without much formal college education.

Cons

Management could definitely do a better job recognizing talent and provide opportunities for their best people. For a 3000 employee company, there are too many silos and not enough people looking at the big picture
