create great friendships with people, opportunity to advance to a limit. pay is reasonable, and offer discounts on ranger tickets, boots, various things as a perk.

Cons

gossip within the workplace, not a lot of great "management". supervisors don't talk to you unless they are told to or chewed out. can be stressful at times, and shift times aren't that great.

The people are extremely friendly and tend to be very qualified for their positions.

Cons

The only cons would be the slightly old-hat upper/mid management styles, as well as slightly below-average benefits. However, I must say that I am a big fan of our CEO/Founder, and a few others in upper management that really know what they are doing.
