Pros

Location, Reputation, Stable company, the cowrokers are friendly

Cons

Low Compensation, Very Weak Management ,inability to recognize and develop employees strengths, skills & abilities. No Leadership, Service years, And Strongly built friendshiips with supervisors & managers equals = PROMOTION for those who otherwise lack the skill set and experience to achieve such positions within any company Huge lack of planning on management's part when it comes to most business decisions, tti seems to place morbefore e emphasis on employee's amount of years worked instead of placing it where it belongs on the employee's talent's, skills , abilities, not on if they were adventurous enough to get out in the elements of an ice storm risking their life & countless others to come into work that day. Enablers of favortism and neputism within the work place, managers lack leadership skills, way too much micromanagement on people that don't need it and not any management of those people & departments who do need it they run wild , working when they want too and visiting and gossiping the remainder of the work day leaving their co workers to work overtime to carry the workload, alot of deparrment heads dump their responsibilities & duties off onto other areas and departments within the company that arent trained or qualified to be performing the work dumped on them. All Warehouse workers and superrvisor/ coordinators share a nasty attitude towrds customer service caring more about the comfort and ease of the warehouse than the satisfaction of the customer, meaning no one will go that extra step or mile to provide exceptional or outstanding service for the customer more times than not time is spent providing reasons for WHY the employees cant do something instead of finding ways to make it happen energy is very negative at both warehouse locations.Lack of confidentiality, even with the HR department and supervisors etc. if you have an issue or problem you might as well face it head on yourself or make it publicly known as this is what will happen after it'sdiscussed with a supervisor or hr personnel. The maturity level at this place of business is practically non-exsistent, jr. high level mentality is widely used thru out this company. Most all of the people there are firendly , caring and nice and ALL Just wasting their time with tti, they will never be paid what they are worth while employed here, the only ones that are paid decent are all of the longtime employees or very agressive bossy employess that dump their work off on others and they shouldnt even be allowed on the payroll as they drag the rest of the team down because they don;t carry their workload and management is too weak to address the issues and problems with this. Management lacks leadership skills and experience so much that their lack of action has lead to a hostile work environment for many departments due to allowing them being taken over and lead by the more aggressive, assertive and overbearing employees in the department, that aren't coordinators, supervisors or management. Clickish behavior and ideas , with little or no emphasis on Team work or Team focus. Perfection is not built by time alone, it's built on energy, abilty and Team efforts that in time lead to patience ,skills, experience and knowledge equalling perfection...

Pros

TTI, Inc. is a 2.2 billion dollar global company, with locations throughout the US, Europe, and Asia. There are some really great people that work at TTI. Very good work/life balance.

Cons

Upper management is out of touch and do not trust their employees, benefits are practically non-existent, growth potential is very limited. Unless you are a sales person there is no bonus structure.

Pros

Facility is nice, safe, comfortable. Technology is current and close to leading edge. OS software is current, but applications software is behind and "in house" is problematic. Pay is decent, but a little below market. Work life balance is generally good, but can be a challenge at times.

Cons

No formal performance review policy. Bonus is tenure based and so low, it's an insult. No regular raise schedule (see performance review) Upper management lacks understanding of current technology. ITIL methodology is shunned in favor of a reactive, "everything's on fire" mentality. Cuts costs everywhere possible, starting with employee benefits. Benefits? Not even close to being competitive. High turnover rate.
