Flexible schedule, and good health benefits.

Cons

Pay level is below industry average. Management shows no respect to it's employees. Employees are treated like "circus animals" not human beings. High turnover rate in Business Development Group, due to management. The company's focus is on finding ways to cut costs, not rewarding employees that produce at a high level.

Great company to wok for, but need to understand a little more about the cost of living. No raise in 5 yrs and continue to remove account base to add on new people. Tracking customers Split commision

Easy work in the warehouse, relaxed environment, nice co workers, air conditioned warehouse, overtime is plenty, management is fair, overall nice environment to work

Cons

hours are not so flexible, repetitive work gets boring, management is somewhat strict enforcing meaningless quotas, breakroom is small, micro managers are in abundance
