Pros

TTI is a great place to work for the time being and maybe even for long term. The people are nice and friendly.

Cons

The pay is low and micromanaging is a big problem. People aren't recognized enough for the great job that they do.

Pros

The people throughout the company are nice, the offer medical insurance and denatl and vision, 401k plan

Cons

It's too clickish, the raises that are given are very minute, they don't base a performance raise on your performance it's based on length of service and who you know not what you know, the maturity level of the senior management and staff is very low on a high school or junior high level

Pros

Stability, job security; Job will get you in the door and get you ready for a move to another company.

Cons

Workers that were internally promoted to management positions, thus learning on the job. For instance, vp started in warehouse and a pm started at helpdesk. After exhibiting oppressive management skills and running alot of good people off, they were then required to take some courses to improve their skills, style and approach. They still hold their respective titles. Some managers within the dept have held senior level positions and then they were demoted so now everyone wonders what they really do besides come over to your desk and ramble on about their kids, fishing etc...Rarely do they hire seasoned pros for important positions. One director had an uncle at the company at one point and sure enough he was springboarded into a dir position faster than anyone in recent history. There is a female manager that took 2 other female workers under her wing, trained them to be vicious and oppressive and then got them both either a lead or pm position. Both of these women are not respected because of the way they treat people. It's not fun to work with any of these women.
