Pros
Great work atmosphere; flexibility with work hours, time off, vacation, etc. The company has nearly doubled in size in the 8 years I have been an employee. The rapid growth of the company in the recent years required a new business approach and there have certainly been hiccups along the way. However, there is plenty of growth opportunity for those willing to put in the time and effort. Leadership and management are always willing to address issues as they arise. Very casual atmosphere and most all employees are genuinely nice people to be around in and out of work. The work is very challenging and no two days are alike. Local co-workers and co-workers from other offices are always willing to help when times get very busy. Finally, there are a lot of younger people entering leadership roles within the company which will add a fresh new perspective to the business.
Cons
The only "con" I can think of is with the rapid growth of the company, entering new business lines, acquiring new companies, etc it is often hard to keep a standardization across the company, but this is currently being addressed with new software, training, etc.
