Diversity is non existent. If you are a female, you are going nowhere, see many good female managers leave (in fact almost all of them). I do not think there is even a glass floor here let alone ceiling. Nuclear, where I work, is the worst. Work weekends, night shifts, no one even acknowledges you exist or says thank you. I know I get paid but I feel like a commodity not like a person.

TVA is in a constant state of change. The company's finances were poorly managed for a long time, forcing new management to make some serious cuts. The cutting and changing seem to be never ending. It's difficult for people to do their jobs and concentrate on the task at hand when they are constantly worried about what's coming next.
