A friendly, team-focused environment that was full of people willing to lend a hand whenever possible.

Cons

The salary did not seem to be particularly competitive. There's a promise of upward mobility but there wasn't enough action to make good on it.

We are truly sorry that your experience at TVH did not live up to our intention of being one of the best places to work. TVH firmly believes in promoting from within whenever possible and have celebrated 50 internal promotions in 2017. To date one in four, or 26% of our open positions are filled by internal candidates. TVH makes it a priority to invest in our personnel by offering various learning and training opportunities. We also offer assistance to employees who want to further their career by continuing their education. Based on your feedback we are looking into ways to make these programs and opportunities more widely known throughout the company. Thank you again for your feedback.
