I am disappointed to read some of the reviews posted here about TVH. With fantastic benefits, resources, and facilities, as well as a fun-loving, and family friendly culture, this company is one that you don’t want to overlook. After 10+ years with this company, let me share my secret of success. TVH promotes hard work and dedication, so when you take pride in your job, meeting your goals, and exuding a positive and engaged attitude, you will be rewarded. I started out my career at TVH in an entry-level position, and over the course of my tenure have been promoted multiple times, received annual raises each year, and have received nothing but respect from the management and executive team. Why? Because TVH promotes and rewards based on merit! One of the best aspects of this company is the people, and no one cares more about the employees then the Executive team and our CEO. TVH has continually added benefits such as a 401K with 100% match up to 6%, onsite gym, onsite health clinic, and soon an on-site daycare to enrich the lives of the employees. Not many companies in the area can offer benefits like this to their staff. I can honestly say that I consider these people a part of my extended family, and I am proud to be a part of TVH.

TVH is a dynamic, financially sound progressive and growing company. The CEO has done an excellent job providing a very nice workplace. Many excellent benefits including 401K with 100% match, on-site health clinic that is free to employees and families, workout center, educational reimbursement, health, dental and vision insurance plus Health Savings Plan. Paid time off including, vacation, sick, personal day, and paid volunteer time off for charitable work. A health conscious company that encourages employees to exercise or walk during breaks and lunch, offers Pilates, strecthing and other fitness claasses, provides free fruit weekly, employee engagement activities, on property gardening space for employees. Coming soon an on site daycare and restaurant. Excellent training programs with many classes to improve computer skills, time management, and online training for nearly every position. Many advancement opportunities for those willing to put forth the effort learn and grow. Overall a great place to work. Clean, modern facilities. A company that appreciates and takes care of its workforce. TVH has a very sucessful past and a strategic growth plan for the future. It is a well organized, process driven company that retains a family atmosphere and values.
