Good benefits. They have a very nice facility. The nudge program is nice. The CEO really cares about the people and is trying to make TVH a great company.

Cons

Very weak upper management. The CEO comes up with great ideas but the executives below don't follow through or get directly involved in much. The pay and raises are low compared to similar industries.
