Plenty of room for growth and career advancement, tuition reimbursement, good health benefits, company health & wellness program, excellent 401k program, and many company bbq's/ breakfasts and gifts.

Cons

Each department does as they please with little regard for other departments or the effect their actions may have. Integrity issues across the board from hourly employee to executive.

We have a task force dedicated to bringing this culture of one company to all employees. We offer monthly communication and activities to bring employees and departments together. By doing this, we are building trust and stability throughout the company. Our Idea Factory Task Force encourages employees to share their ideas for improving the culture, processes, productivity, and overall health of the company. This is a great way for employees to get involved in important matters of the company.
