      Pros

      Not much. Cannot think of any outstanding advantage comparing to other companies in same industry.

      Cons

      The company culture is to strongly encourage OT rather than focus on efficiency. Plenty of office politics. Very stingy about all aspects like salary, bonus, annual leave or medical care.

      None. Bad working environment. No bonus.

      Unwilling to teach, high turnover for the role. Excuses for not giving bonus, pinned it on bad performance.

      Couldn't be Loyal Enough to make a difference. Were not organized or focused in mission.

      They paid their contract obligations

      Cons

      There were no opportunities given for personal growth. Did not get to work on large projects. Promises made at hiring were not kept. Changes in management when other management quit led to significant problems that could not be solved. Technical competence was not rewarded, nor was loyalty. Only a year contract was given although two years was promised at hiring. They did not help in their layoff process.
