      Bad cutthroat superiors. Unsympathetic towards genuine personal concerns. Very quick to judge others. They think it shows strength to be cut and right whereas true strength lies in being kind and receptive

      Pros

      We get good trainings in T.Y.Lin International. The staff there are friendly and approachable. They promote the idea that everyone is equal in technical discussions and they value everyone's opinion.

      Cons

      Working hours are rigid and few interactions are there among employees during work. It is good to improve efficiency but also makes the atmosphere stressful.
