      Excellent access to quality expertise and assistance.

      Cons

      Disjointed management, very limited opportunity for personal career advancement and growth. No apparent ties to personal performance and compensation, apparently very formula in that regard.

      Working with talented and welcoming people from all over the world, opportunities to expand my skills, and this company has a great professional reputation.

      Cons

      I wish the company paid for parking. Really not that big of a deal, but it would be nice if we had a parking lot.
