      Pros

      Fun and young coworkers made work enjoyable for the most part.

      Cons

      Didn't have a lot of projects going on. Upper management was very unorganized at the time.

      Pros

      We get good trainings in T.Y.Lin International. The staff there are friendly and approachable. They promote the idea that everyone is equal in technical discussions and they value everyone's opinion.

      Cons

      Working hours are rigid and few interactions are there among employees during work. It is good to improve efficiency but also makes the atmosphere stressful.

      Pros

      Reasons to work here: I enjoy good relationships with the people that I work with on a daily basis. I am satisfied with the work environment. I like being part of a team and I have that opportunity everyday.

      Cons

      There is a deplorable lack of unity across the company. There is very little communication between the leadership of the company and its workers.
