Great money. No... Fantastic money... when the stars aligned. Used to align more often, but lately, not so much.

Cons

No vision. Menu and policies change every month. Management overworked so they expect the same from their part time employees. Some weeks would even pull nearly 70 hours.

-Easy menu to work with -Management good to work with -Staff priced meals are great -Use of HotSchedules to add/drop shifts

Cons

-Best money could be made only if you are a closer, had regulars, or stay-through -When we get busy, very easy for management to become disgruntled and negative -Large volume of sidework -At this location, a lot of irresponsible and drama-filled co-workers
