Lively environment. There's always something new going on or an opportunity to try a new position. Coworkers are energetic and generally fun and forgiving. Customers are relatively generous with tips and it's a relaxed environment.

Cons

Long nights. Tough job. Lots of cleaning and dealing with drunks and pervs. Management can be tough too if you're not on their good side. Coworkers could be a pro or a con depending on the friends you've made
